La hood VELTOP COZY PLUS 2 for disabled electric wheelchairs is an easy-to-use protection from rain, cold and sun. You can choose between two versions:

• Transparent flexible PVC
• Polycarbonate windshield

The frame folds and retracts easily, and the addition of leg guards keeps the whole body and joystick dry. Furthermore, in this version, there is better visibility to the front of the roof.

Technical Characteristics

• Tailored: protection adapted to the technical characteristics of the electric wheelchair.
• 100% modular protection: the COZY PLUS 2 model offers several possible configurations and allows you to adapt the degree of protection according to the weather conditions. Each set can be removed independently for protection come rain, cold or shine. The transparent front and leg protectors are removable.
• Easy to use: The structure design makes it easy to handle, folding open or retracting in 2 seconds. The different parts of the structure are attached to each other with zip and Velcro fasteners. The tubular structure that supports the canopy remains on the chair. The two parts of the structure can be removed without tools in 30 seconds.
• Suitable height: designed so that each user can enter his wheelchair without removing the top.
• Leg protection: the leg protection is connected with VELCRO to the transparent part. It also protects the electronic console from rain.
• Ventilation system: Transparent back preserves view from all angles. It is also equipped with a ventilation system to avoid condensation.
• Durable components: all the parts used are designed and assembled in our workshops in France and 90% of them are produced within a radius of 50km. They are selected to guarantee a long life to the product. Polycarbonate windshield, stainless steel and aluminum metal parts, water repellent polyester hood, etc.
• Simple and light: the VELTOP COZY 2 is lightweight and allows users to move around easily.
