Pressure therapy

The principles of Pressotherapy
The term Pressotherapy defines the treatment with pressure means of the limbs affected by edema, water retention, circulatory problems.
Pressotherapy appeared in the aesthetic world about 15 years ago. The pressotherapy equipments have aroused considerable interest and met with great success because they transmit an immediate feeling of well-being, are easy to apply and give good results.
The pressure action acts on the venous and lymphatic circulation making it more efficient and consequently improving circulation, metabolism, aesthetic imperfections most frequently encountered: cellulite, fluid retention, ectasias, etc.
It is also easy to combine with other aesthetic treatments or medical therapies used to prevent or mitigate the imperfections and pathologies described above.
The pressure therapy equipment, through pressures dosed to the tissues, facilitate the drainage of the interstitial fluid and the solutes found there, also activating the venous circulation and freeing the extracellular environment from the waste that the cells constantly pour into it. The pressure is not exerted simultaneously on the entire surface covered by the segments or by the leggings, but according to a centripetal sequence which is followed by venous blood and lymph.
The pressure sequence favors the entry of interstitial fluid into the lymphatic vessels and the circulatory tree, activating its natural path.
Pressotherapy is mainly used for the treatment of the lower limbs, the areas of the body that have the most circulatory problems and is indicated in all cases where manual massage is indicated. It can also be optimized by the use of specific essential oils with draining action applied manually or with the aid of specific bandages.
As for the contraindications, it is absolutely not recommended in the presence of varicose veins or phlebitis.
A treatment cycle includes 10/12 applications two - three times a week, with periodic control and maintenance therapy adapted to individual needs.

Beauty treatments
It is preferable to have a phase of relaxation of the muscles and a general warm-up before the real aesthetic treatment to obtain the best effects.
The main purpose of the treatment is to promote the circulation of blood and lymph throughout the body. In fact, the human person cannot achieve a beautiful and healthy body and skin without an active movement of the whole body.
Stagnant circulation and lack of activity lead to various disorders and unwanted accumulations of fat.
Therefore this treatment, thanks to the effects of air compression, produces many beneficial effects on our body:

1 - Increase in Blood Circulation and Lymphatic Drainage.
The PressCare Globus promotes blood circulation and lymphatic drainage by pushing blood and lymph from the tips of the feet to the great vessels of the thighs and trunk and from the tips of the hands to the chest.

2- Cellulite (Orange peel)
Fat deposits and cellulite usually develop near large lymphatic vessels which have difficulty circulating lymph effectively.
The PressCare Globus fights cellulite through an air compression massage that restores the circulation of blood and lymphatic vessels.

3 - Fat dissolving
PressCare Globus dissolves unwanted fats by increasing body temperature, regulating circulation, massaging stiff muscles, etc.

The PressCare Globus pressotherapy treatment is combined, to obtain the best results, with Cavitational Ultrasound and electrotherapy.
