The ST387-1 Moretti multifunctional positioning cushion in polyurethane, density D36, is particularly suitable for managing correct positioning of the legs and back. This aid helps keep the neck, shoulder and lumbar region aligned during moments of relaxation or reading both on the sofa and in bed. Furthermore, it is ideal for those suffering from gastroesophageal reflux. The cushion is covered in flame retardant polyurethane coated, breathable, waterproof, bi-elastic, non-toxic and hypoallergenic.
