Il cuscino è buono, il materiale sembra di qualità ed è comodo e confortevole. Lo strato antiscivolo sotto è come se non ci fosse e migliorerei la cinghia: se fosse parallela alle ruote e non perpendicolare (o magari a croce) impedirebbe lo scivolamento in avanti del cuscino. Non saprei pronunciarmi sulla reale efficacia come antidecupito per nel complesso è un buon prodotto!

I made the big mistake of buying a $13 inflatable at the drug store, then I mad a mistake of buying a very firm, no give foam donut from a retail store. Third time is a charm when I came across this cushion on Amazon. I like the non-slip bottom, as I work 12 hour shifts at a sit/stand desk, so after standing it is comforting to know the cushion is in the same place that I left it. There is some give to the cushion that puts support in the places needed. The blue cover is washable and the zipper does not interrupt the function of the cushion.

Ich habe es auf einem Schreibtischstuhl getestet.Der wasserfeste Überzug erscheint etwas zu groß, muss aber so groß sein, damit man ihn auf- und abziehen kann. Der Überzug ist praktisch bei Inkontinenz, allerdings schwitzt man beim Sitzen auf dem Kunststoffbezug. Ich würde nicht dauerhaft darauf sitzen wollen.Das Kissen aus Memory Schaumstoff ist schön dick und sehr bequem. Darauf kann ich fast so lange sitzen wie auf einem Sitzring.Den Preis (37,99€ – 20% Coupon zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung) finde ich aufgrund der hohen Qualität des Kissens gerade noch in Ordnung.FAZIT:Insgesamt kann ich dieses Sitzkissen empfehlen und vergebe 4 Sterne.

Ya lo avisan en el manual de instrucciones: hay que esperar 24 horas para que el cojín adquiera su forma definitiva, por tanto, paciencia cuando lo recibáis. Y ojo, en el manual dicen que no se recomienda para personas de más de 180 libras, es decir, todo aquél que pese 82 kilos en adelante que se busque otra cosa..Viene empaquetado dentro de una bolsa de plástico dentro de una caja de cartón, y la verdad es que ha llegado en perfectas condiciones, sin roturas ni manchas de ningún tipo.La cinta que lleva está muy bien para evitar que se mueva, además, la parte de abajo tiene un recubrimiento de puntos de goma para evitar que se deslice..Como avisa el fabricante, este cojín NO es un producto médico. En cualquier caso, como está hecho de espuma viscoelástica (como mi almohada) resulta muy cómodo, así que lo veo perfecto para personas que pasan mucho tiempo sentadas por el motivo que sea.Por otro lado, mirad bien las medidas (40x45x7,5cm), pues no vale para cualquier tipo de asiento. È un cuscino che, sì, può essere nato per chi usa la sedia a rotelle, ma vi assicuro che può far comodo anche a chiunque abbia una vita sedentaria e/o un lavoro d’ufficio.È largo 45,7 cm, profondo 40,6 cm e alto 7,6 cm e presenta nella parte posteriore un incavo a U che serve a ridurre la pressione sul coccige.Il materiale principale che lo costituisce è memory foam ad alta densità, protetto da uno strato interno che serve a ridurre il deterioramento della schiuma stessa. Il tutto è ricoperto da una fodera traspirante lavabile e, opzionalmente, anche da una fodera impermeabile. Tutto molto semplice da rimuovere.Dettaglio tanto banale quanto fondamentale è la cinghia che contiene di fissarlo alla sedia in modo tale che non si muova. Il manico trovo sia abbastanza inutile, ma male non fa, quindi comunque è una cosa positiva.Il prezzo mi pare in linea con prodotti analoghi.

In passato mio marito aveva già provato un paio cuscini da seduta con cui si era trovato bene ma non benissimo, per questo motivo gli ho voluto far testare questo prodotto per confrontarne le caratteristiche. La mia dolce “metà” per il lavoro che svolge deve stare molte ore seduto dietro ad una scrivania e non essendo più un ”ragazzino” quando arriva alla sera accusa a volte i classici dolori alla schiena nella zona lombare e sul coccige.Questo cuscino che misura 40x45x8 cm è veramente fatto bene e come potete vedere dalle foto è realizzato in memory foam, il rivestimento è sfoderabile e lavabile anche in lavatrice, viene realizzato in tessuto acrilico e ricoperto sul fondo con materiale antiscivolo costituito da pallini gommosi che gli permette di avere una buona aderenza e antiscivolamento sulle sedie dove viene posto. Dispone, inoltre, anche di una cinghia utile per fissarlo alla seduta dove viene posizionato. Dopo averlo provato per diversi giorni mio marito a “sentenziato” che l’aspetto positivo di questo cuscino, rispetto a quelli precedenti, è legato al fatto che, anche dopo diverse ore di utilizzo, non ci si sprofonda dentro e mantiene sempre bene morbidezza ma soprattutto consistenza. In sostanza non perde le proprietà caratteristiche del memory foam a rilascio lento, sembra di essere seduti sopra una bolla d’aria, ammortizzando bene il peso. Tra tutti quelli provati questo cuscino, grazie alla buona qualità e adeguato spessore del foam, è quello che stressa meno la parte bassa schiena.In sintesi funziona molto bene con evidenti benefici in termini di riduzione dei dolori lombari dovuti in parte anche da una pregressa sciatalgia, un supporto utile, tra l’altro, per coloro che hanno problemi di deambulazione, per prevenire le fastidiosissime piaghe da decubito e migliorare la circolazione sanguigna. Certo il memory foam per sua natura accumula e rilascia calore, in estate serve avere uffici e/o case climatizzate. Anche se mio marito non è proprio un peso piuma questo cuscino si adatta bene ai glutei ed alla parte alta delle gambe. La schiuma di cui è composto non si schiaccia molto, solo il necessario in base a come distribuite il peso del corpo durante la seduta. Sicuramente è un buon prodotto utile per tutti quelli che soffrono di mal di schiena dopo molte ore seduti ma anche per coloro che vogliono prevenire tali problemi e avere una corretta postura. Naturalmente, qualora si verificassero delle problematiche, provvederò ad aggiornare prontamente questa recensione. Spero con questa mia opinione di esservi stata utile, Ciao 🙂

Viene con un forro impermeable muy conveniente para usar con personas que sufren incontinencia.En mi caso particular lo tengo en mi silla de trabajo, porque paso muchas horas sentado y suelo sufrir dolores de coxis. El cojín viene con unas correas para sujetarse al asiento y que no se mueva. Si se quiere usar con el forro impermeable, este tiene los huecos necesarios para pasar las correas.En resumen, una buena opción para cuando se pasa mucho tiempo sentado, ya sea por temas de salud o por trabajo. La almohada está enrollada y, si eres paciente, puedes volver a enrollarla para transportarla. Es difícil porque hay que presionarla. No notaba un aumento en la altura de la espuma después de 24 horas en comparación a antes. No se puede utilizar por personas con un peso superior a 90 kg y resulta incómoda en sillas convencionales debido a su tamaño peculiar. Demasiado grande y demasiado pequeño para otras sillas/sofás/sillones. No puedo decir si está bien allí porque no estoy en silla de ruedas.

This is a quality product. But I can’t really use it as its designed. I could probably say the same thing about any number of other products. I need the angle of my legs CHANGED UPWARD with this. But it’s designed to simply give the tailbone some extra room but the angle of the legs remains straight ahead. So I simply shove the entire pillow underneath my thighs and let my tailbone sit on the original surface while my legs are now slanted upward which is a much healthier angle. I wish these product designers knew this.

This donut pillow cost $30, but I can sit in comfort. I’ve only had it for a few days. I can sit on my leg like a weirdo or normally, and my pain is much less. I have pelvic floor dysfunction and this helps with pelvic pain. Read the book “when sex hurts” if you suffer from pelvic pain, and good luck! I imagine this pillow works well for hemorrhoids also

Questo è in memory foam ad alta densità, che non si deforma facilmente ma che resta tuttavia comodo anche dopo ore.Arriva compresso e arrotolato (foto): una volta tolto dalla plastica, basteranno solo poche ore, 24 al massimo, perché riprenda completamente la forma.🛑 Attenzione! Non è indicato per chi pesa più di 80 kg (180 libbre). Nella seconda foto le informazioni, in inglese. La più importante è quella relativa al peso, punto 3, mentre non ho riscontrato alcun odore particolare all’apertura (punto 2).Il cuscino è dotato di fodera rimovibile e lavabile (così dice il produttore), in un tessuto vellutato nero che probabilmente potrà risultare caldo l’estate. La zip, posta sul lato frontale, il più sottile, non è a tutta lunghezza e non è per nulla semplice toglierla e rimetterla, data la consistenza dell’imbottitura.Per fortuna non sarà un’operazione da ripetere di frequente. E comunque basterà una bella fodera cucita su misura per risolvere il tutto.

I ordered two different brands, one with memory foam and one without. This one has memory foam and is 40% less cost than the non memory foam one. This one is larger so I can position my tailbone right in the middle so my tailbone sits in the hole. I feel so much better because the throbbing pain has been alleviated. I recommend this one for my particular affliction. I would give it 5 stars but, for this particular product, nothing will be perfect and I don’t want to lead anyone into thinking it will satisfy their particular need.

As regard to my pain, I heard a lot about the donut pillow and thought of giving it a try. Speaking about the comfort of sitting on the pillow is good though but what I was looking for a thick texture as a plus size, and the pillow looks squishy and a small soft toy. It works great for me, have bladder problem, I can sit and not have pressure on my private area. So far it works like I needed it to work. Like that it has cover you can take off and wash. After sitting on it and I get up it does bounce back.

I bought this at my doctor’s suggestion (not this brand, just this type of cushion). I find it very comfortable while sitting at my desk, but I bought it for travelling in the car, and I don’t find it relieves the butt/ hip (top of femur) pain as I hoped. I did shift my butt so the cushion was askew and that actually helped. I was hoping for total relief, but this only achieved partial relief in the car. I will keep it though. It’s better than nothing. Funny now in the car it seems to squish down flatter than on my desk chair. Not sure why that might be.

Il cuscino è buono, il materiale sembra di qualità ed è comodo e confortevole. Lo strato antiscivolo sotto è come se non ci fosse e migliorerei la cinghia: se fosse parallela alle ruote e non perpendicolare (o magari a croce) impedirebbe lo scivolamento in avanti del cuscino. Non saprei pronunciarmi sulla reale efficacia come antidecupito per nel complesso è un buon prodotto!

La funda que yo escogí no es impermeable. Por fuera es como terciopelo, muy suave, y por debajo tiene puntitos antideslizantes. Es desenfundable, y el cojin visco elástico va metido dentro de otra funda blanda. Lleva un asa para poder transportarlo con facilidad y por debajo lleva una correa adaptable y elástica con cierre para poder enganchar el cojín a la silla.Tiene un diseño con forma de ligera pendiente. La parte de atrás es la más alta y tiene unos 8 cms más o menos de altura y por delante unos 6 cms más o menos.El visco elástico del cojín es de hundimiento lento, recupera su forma también poco a poco. Viene enrollado en una caja y según las instrucciones hay que dejar pasar 24 horas para que recupere totalmente su forma original. No es recomendado para personas que pesen más de 82kgs ya que el relleno visco elástico no es muy grueso. Detrás lleva un agujero especial para reducir la presión sobre el coxis y el dolor lumbar. Su forma de pendiente ayuda a mejorar la circulación en las piernas y alivia la presión.Por la parte de abajo el cojín es plano. Se adapta bien en sillas que sean cuadradas, para sillas redondas no lo recomendaría por su forma.

I work from home and put in 8+ hour days M-F. My work chair, supplied from my employer just isnt cutting it after 5 years of the same chair. This little cushion puts in the work. I’m roughly 160lbs, and it does a good job of keeping my tailbone off the chair itself. I’ve noticed a bit of relief since using it.

Hubby uses this on his office chair and he absolutely loves it and would fight anyone over it :)Its sturdy and good quality – just the right amount of firmness. However, it is only in use by a healthy person for comfort – not by someone with a wound or infirmity that requires pressure relief.

Sadly this pillow provided me with no relief from my tailbone injury. It simply collapses / gets squished under my weight (and I’m not a big person), so there is no pressure taken off of my tailbone.

Das Kissen kam in einer Rolle und wenn man Geduld hat, bekommt man es für den Transport wieder hinein. Es ist halt etwas schwierig, weil man es drücken muss. Ich hatte auch nicht den Eindruck, dass der Schaum nach 24 Stunden höher war, als vorher. Zudem können es Leute, die über 90 kg wiegen nicht nutzen und auch auf normalen Stühlen ist es schwierig, weil es eine seltsame Größe hat. Einerseits zu groß, für andere Stühle/Sofa/Sessel zu klein. Es ist schwierg. Obwohl ich keine 90 kg wiege, empfinde ich das Sitzen darauf nicht so angenehm. Da ich allerdings nicht im Rollstuhl sitze, kann ich nicht sagen, ob es da ok ist. Daher vergebe ich 3 Sterne.
